My name is Paula Milian, and I am a junior at Montclair State University studying English. I have worked in the CAST department at Montclair for two years now as an SI leader for Writing courses. It is a great way to help struggling students and adopt useful writing techniques for them. I am sure that learning how to teach writing will also help me become a better writer myself.
